Cauliflower Piquant
1 small head of cauliflower
1 carrot, small dice
1 tbs. garlic, minced
1 tbs.
onion, minced
2 dates, diced
4 leaves lacinato kale, chopped chiffonade style
1/4 cup raw pistachios
8 Raw olives
2 tbs. cold pressed sunflower oil
1 tbs. nama shoyu
1 tbs. tamarind, soaked at least 30 minutes in 3 tbs. water
2 tsp. cumin seed
2 tsp. corriander
seed
1 tbs. cumin, ground
1 tbs. cardamon, ground
1 tbs. curry pwder
1 tbs. coriander, ground
1 tsp
cayenne
1 tbsp. cinnamon
Chop vegetables as directed. Place in large bowl. In a seperate small bowl add sunflower oil, tamarind, nama shoyu, and all spices. Whisk together. Add to large blowl. Stir. Lastly add pistachios. Stir and Serve!
Optional: Warm in Dehydrator @ 115 for 2 hours. (just until warmed)

It seems like the olives would cover for both the oil and braggs for me.
