This is a wonderful way to make cauliflower into a fast snack food that satifies my need for salty and crunchy.
1 small head of cauliflower
1 tsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1. Cut cauliflower into bite-sized pieces.
2. Add all other ingredients, and toss in a bowl with cauliflower.
Thanks to these cauliflower poppers I am now in heaven!
This is super quick and easy. The spiciness really seems to have quelled the horrible carb craving I was having. (I put in a bit extra black pepper.) Thanks for sharing! ;)

Thanks for the swell recipe ... these are great! Made a batch tonight, warmed them in the dehydrator while we prepared the rest of the meal — guacamole and a side dish of sliced tomatoes and strips of red bell pepper. It all went together deliciously!
