1 head cauliflower half bunch parsley 1 jicama half red
onion sunflower seeds sea salt and lemon to taste
put all ingredients except for the sunflower seeds in the food processor. And sunflower seeds before serving.

I have a recipe that is exactly the same except that it calls for 1/2 cup of olive oil. Plus I use a lot of lemon. That will make a huge difference I'm guessing. I love it when I make it. Enjoy!!!!!
My first raw recipe..its filling but would take some getting used to.I only made half the recipe.And thats still a lot.
