I crave this when I come home from a long days work. The lemon and garlic freshen up my taste buds and the celery is jam packed with goodness.
I drink it as a smoothie or pour a thickened version (less water) over chopped sweet tomatoes as a salad dressing. Either way it’s refreshing and savoury and it’s so simple to make.
4-5 celery sticks+
1-2 cloves of garlic+
Juice of half a lemon (or more to taste)+
water to blend+
Put all ingredients in the vitamix and blend.
My friend tried making this in a standard blender but it didn’t come out as smooth, but tasted great anyway.
Add salt and pepper if you like, but I find it fine as it is.
