Recipe Directions

1. Chop apple very finely.

2. Mix all dry ingredients

3. Add the liquids.

4. Serve on crackers or by the spoonful.

Well, it being Passover and all, I thought I’d add this delish side dish!

It’s a good dessert after salad too. It symbolizes the mortar used by the Hebrews while enslaved in Egypt.

I did not use raw grape juice...because I needed to make a TON of it and don't own a juicer...so used organic (cooked) stuff from Whole Foods...but if I were just making one recipe...I'd just squish enough grapes to fill a tablespoon...can't be too hard...grapes are pretty juicy :).
