Ingredients:
1 cup unsweetened shredded dried cocount
1 cup walnuts or macadamia nuts, soaled 6 hours
½ teaspoon
salt
½ cup dates , soaked
½ cup dates, soaked
½ cup agave nectar
1 cup 3 avocados,
mashed
¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
Preparation:
CRUST Take the first 4 ingredents put in the food processor until it clumps
together pat in a cake or pie pan.
FILLING Take the last 4 ingredents put it in the food processor until pudding like add water if needed the machine needs water it will
buzz.

i make something similar without all the dates... the filling is 2 avocados, cacao powder, agave and coconut oil. the coconut helps it set nice... and i put lots of orange zest in the crust... gives it a nice twist and makes it easier to digest

I'd like the macadamia nut crust. I agree with Carmentina's suggestion of using young coconut meat, banana, and just a little bit of avocado. I wonder if you could dehydrate coconut or use fresh brown coconut for the crust.

Sounds good. I like chocolate mousse with avocados, but just a LITTLE avocado, otherwise its flavor is overwhelming. I prefer to make it with frozen banana or young coconut meat. Thanks for posting!
