Chocolate Banana Cookies
I definitely ripped this off from another recipe on this site called strawberry banana cookies. I just happened to have everything thing on hand but strawberries…and love chocolate! thus, my first raw recipe, Chocolate Banana Cookies!
These could also be a nut free cookie if done with sunflower seeds….I havent tried it, but it could probably work.
1 cup Cashews or other nut/seed
2 ripe bananas
3 tablespoon Agave or honey
1
pinch salt
¼ teaspoon vanilla
½ cup hemp seed
3 tablespoon heaping, cocoa or carob powder
Grind nuts in food processor until fine. Add rest of ingredients except hemp seeds (the hemp seeds are optional, they just give texture and protein.) process until smooth, add hemp seeds, blend well. Spoon onto teflex sheets in cookie forms (will be quite fluid) and dehydrate over night, flip and dehydrate until desired chewy-ness. Enjoy!

1. I had some very ripe bananas
I had some very ripe bananas and was searching for a recipe to use them in. I love chocolate so when I saw these I thought I'd give them a try. They're in the dehydrator now. If they taste half as good as the "raw" dough, I'll be a happy camper.
