Chocolate Malt Shake
Reminds me of the malts I used to get as a kid.
2 Young coconuts, meat and milk
4 tablespoon Cacao powder
1 teaspoon Maca powder
½ teaspoon Cinnamon
¼ cup Agave
Put everything in the blender for about 3-5 minutes. You can adjust the sweetness and the chocolatiness with agave. Sometimes the shake is really thick and sometimes not, depending on the thickness of the coconut meat. Sometimes I add a little water to adjust the consistency. As always with raw, experiment with the proportions.
This is an awesome pickup in the middle of the day.
