2-3Despite its name, this chocolate milk is actually a dairy free food (well, drink) and is comprised of just 2 or 3 "green" ingredients depending what you have available.. it actually tastes an awful lot like chocolate milk! Sure.. it may be a bit thinner... but the colour is close when mixing orange and green ingredients together. I explain the way to maximize the health potential of this chocolate milk green juice here.
Ingredients:
Carrots
Either/Or or Both:
Romaine Lettuce
Spinach
Preparation:
Mix juiced carrots with juiced spinach and/or juiced romaine lettuce to get the desired flavour. Simple as that!

1. I did not taste chocolate but
I did not taste chocolate but this is really good. when I first bought my juicer it was because of a recipe similar to this in a Kevin Trudeau book. It was awful, i put the juicer away for over a year before venturing out juice again. but then I was a very SAD eater with no concept of the raw world yet, just working on going gluten free at the time.
Now all I can say is I really need a better juicer one that is not so time consuming it. Thanks I will keep experimenting with this one!
