Chocolate Pudding or ice cream "RAW"
Chocoholics Only!!! Much too chocolatey for the novice!!! This will satisfy the monster in most women, some may need to add more sweetness to the mix.
Great as a pudding, or as ice cream…
High in protein, omega 3 fatty acids, calcium and low in calories, sugar and bad fats!!!
1 cup Almonds, blended to flour
1½ cup Coco or carob, in blender
¼ cup Yacon or Agave, in blender
1 teaspoon Vanilla, in blender
2 tablespoon Chia seed, coffee grinder then in blender
1 box Silken Tofu, in blender
Dump all into the blender, may need to manually stir several times…
coffee grinder for chia is not totally necessary…
