Soooo easy and soooo delicious !!! This is a recipe I took from Natatlia Rose book ” The raw food detox diet”. She use cocoa powder but it’s up to you. I like carob powder better.
1 cup Maple syrup
6 tablespoon Carob powder
1) Put maple syrup in a bowl , small-medium size.
2) Put 1 taplespoon at a time and mix, cuz u don’t chunky pieces of carob powder .
You can use this sauce for breakfast, like a dipping sauce with berries, to put on raw ice cream or on a pie or cake, etc. Or you can just eat it like it is, satifies my chocolat cravings !!!
