I made it with 1 1/2 bananas, 1 1/2 tsp carob powder, 1 teaspoon of agave, and 1 cup of fresh blueberries. Yum!

I've made a version of this pudding... blend bananas, carob powder, and dates or maple syrup. Or you can add your favorite berries and nut butter for extra flavor! Then pop it in the freezer for 30 minutes until it's very cold. For one person, use 1/2 the recipe (2 bananas) for a smaller serving.

Alissa Cohen sells raw carob powder. It tastes great, is really smooth, and lasts quite awhile for the amount you get.
