Cilantro Carrot Salad

Refreshingly crisp and easy to make carrot salad.
2 cup shredded carrots
¼ cup cilantro, chopped
2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice (about 1/4 lemon)
2 teaspoon grapeseed oil
pinch of cumin
celtic sea salt and pepper to taste
Toss ingredients and serve.
