Cinna-Squish
Cinna-Squish is a cinnamon banana pudding. This is a variation of a childhood favorite of mine (see “Nanners”). My fifteen year old daughter made this recipe. She says it tastes like “Cinnabons” to her. I agree! It is a healthy delicious snack, dessert, or even a quick breakfast.
Enjoy!! :)
2 Ripe Bananas
¼ teaspoon vailla extract
dash Cinnamon
dash
Salt
Smash bananas well with a fork. Add the salt, vanilla, and cinnamon. Mix well. Pour in a dessert bowl and add another dash of cinnamon on top (go ahead and go over board. The more the merrier!!! :D) *Be sure to use a fork and not a food processor or blender. If you process it or blend it, it will be runny like a smoothie and changes the flavor completely. (It’s not bad but it’s no longer pudding)

This is just like banana pudding! Nilla Wafers would be great with it:) I couldn't find a recipe for them on here, so I'll try to come up with one myself when I get a dehydrator. Hope it works!

Thanks. I was looking for a quick dessert, so I searched around for a recipe of ingredients I had in the kitchen. I added a dash of cayenne and agave and ate them w/ apple slices, delictable! Taste like raw apple pie. Namaste.
5.
I just had this and thought, wow it really does taste like cinnabonn. It would make a good filling for the cinnamon rolls on this website or the frosting!

Around suppertime I was prepared to just whip up some hummus with some green beans, but I realized that I had forgotten to soak the chickpeas. I had salad for lunch and didn't want another. I had no idea what to make, I was going to settle on just an apple, but I luckily found your quick and easy recipe! The ingredients can all be found in the common cupboard, and it is soooo delicious! Yum, I could have had two more bowls! Easy and delicious recipes like these are true meal-savers.
