2A refreshing and incredibly delicious juice loaded with fibre, antioxidants, and vitamin C. Enjoy it on its own or with breakfast.

Ingredients:
1 large pear (any kind), excluding the core
1 medium apple, excluding the core
1/2c blueberries (I used frozen wild blueberries
since it's not quite berry season here)
2tsp cinnamon
water to desired consistency
Preparation:
blend,blend, blend, adding water to the desired consistency.
serve chilled and enjoy
