Recipe Directions

1. Combine the cashews, bananas, and olive oil in a food processor or blender. You may need to tear the bananas apart in the mix since they are so chewy.

2. Take the mixture and roll them into 5 or 6 balls.

3. When done, get a container and sprinkle the 1/2 tablespoon of cinnamon and roll the balls around until they are covered. Enjoy!

The flavors here look like an amazing combination. Do you dehydrate your own bananas? If so, how long to keep the chewy texture?

Yeah, I dehydrate my own. I cut them at a 45 degree angle about a quarter of inch thick and dehydrate them between 8-12 hours - no higher than 105 degrees. Make sure they are ripe. :)

I'm looking forward to trying this recipe. Still have to get my dehydrator though.
