I make this dressing to pour over salad of shredded cabbage, carrots, cucumbers and tomatoes. It adds a nice tart citrus flavor. Bear in mind I pretty much modify and change stuff and make alot of stuff just off the top of my head and I don't really measure stuff out. Also this is my first recipe post so...***Drum Roll***
1/4 Raw Apple Cider Vinegar
1 t hemp oil (you can use whatever kind you want also you can leave this out if you like it's not really all that important)
1. Cup up the lemon and orange and leave the pith on.
2. Cup up the mango (for directions on how to cut a mango go to youtube they have some good vids there because mango's have a pit that can be a pain to deal with)
3. Toss everything in a blender and give a whirl on high, I like to blend till it has some white color to it.
4. Toss on shredded salad of your choice and fold everything together.
5. Chow down!
