My breakfast fast special.
Ingredients:
FROZEN banana.
coconut meat
coconut water
cacao
nibs
almonds
Preparation:
Add as much of each ingredient as you like to blender and blend till smooth. I like to use a lot of frozen banana and make it quite thick.

I made this with cashews instead and its oh so yummy :-)

yeah i chop up my banana and freeze in a cake tin. Mandys i use young coconuts that have lots of water and the soft meat in them but any is good.

Astara .. peel your bananas, break in half or thirds or whatever size you want, chuck them into a plastic freezer bag and pop them in the freezer. They stick together some, but are easily broken loose when you want to use them.

Do you wrap the bananas before you freeze. I find that it is hard to take the peel after it has frozen so I peel and wrap. I am going to try this very soon. It looks very good.

do you use baby thai coconuts or regular coconuts?

Oh god. My bananas are going in the freezer RIGHT NOW. I will make this tomorrow :)
