Coconut Cream

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups pineapple juice
cocnut water from 1 coconut
coconut cream from the meat of 1
coconut
5 1/2 oz raw vegan vanilla ice cream of your choice
1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
grated fresh coconut to decorate
2 scooped-out coconut shells to
serve
Preparation:
blend and serve in coconut shells
