Creamy goodness. I like to have this for breakfast - but it could easily be a dessert as well.
I adopted this from Rainbow Green Live Food Cuisine's Coconut smoothie.
Meat of 1 coconut
3/4 Cup Water
1 Tbs Coconut oil
1/4 Tsp Orange Oil
1/4 Tsp Cinnimon
5 Drops Stevia (optional)
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until thick and creamy.
