Recipe Directions

Powder almonds, or use almond powder. (Germinated and dehydrated, skins off will enhance nutrient absorption and digestion, but raw are fine). Add hemp powder, mix. Then add other ingredients. Mix and mash with a fork. This will work into a type of dough—dehydrate for pie/tart shell or cookie-esque food. Put into glass or non reactive plastic in refrigerator to store. When cold it will set up kind of hard and crumbly, it is great like this.

I tear dates in half and stuff with this stuff, it is amazing.

If you want a more spreadable texture, just add water, or better yet, soak dates/raisins in water and use that water to thin.

Please enjoy and post your own ideas.

This is a great recipe for those of you who exercise, live in cold climate, or just have a fast metabolism. Full protein spectrum, not to mention delicious.
