Yield
serves 1
Ingredients
1 cup cranberries, fresh or frozen
1 cup mango chunks, fresh or frozen
1 zuchinni (med. sized), peeled
1 tablespoon lime juice
2 tablespoon goji berries, soaked
1 cup filter water, soak goji berries in
2 teaspoon agave (or to taste)
Recipe Directions
Whirl all the ingredients in the blender or food processor until smooth- adding enough water to achieve the desired consistency. I prefer to use frozen cranberries and mangos for a nice thick smoothie! Enjoy!
Gordienali's Thoughts
By gordienaliI have been on a cranberry binge lately as it is my latest pregnancy craving. I whipped this smoothie up a couple days ago and I have made it every morning for breakfast ever since as I just crave it now! I also added a additional 1 tsp. of flax seed oil to add a little omega-3 for my little beanie baby!
