Recipe Directions

1. Blend hazelnut chick pea miso, dry mustard, pepper and sea salt with water ( approximately 1\2 cup) to make sauce.

2. Spiralize sweet potato and treat with lime and water. Rinse and squeeze water out before combining with rest of dish.

3. Pour cream sauce over the top and mix in with noodles. Add pecans and veggies and toss.

For extra garnish, raisins, red pepper, raisins, and marinated mushrooms might be nice too.

Hi The potato is soaked in lime juice to make it less starchy. I liked it but it may be an acquired taste. I also added this to miso soup the next day and it was pretty good.

looks great! espacially spirilized potato. how are potatoes raw? i had a thought it only good if it cooked? what is your insite?
