Servings:
Makes 2-3 cupsThis dip is very addictive and great with pears or apples.
Ingredients:
1 cup almonds
½ cup sunflour seed
¼ cup shredded
coconut
3 tablespoon tahini
1 cup coconut milk
3 tablespoon raw honey
3 tablespoon raisins (optional), soaked 1 hour
Preparation:
I used a blender, but it was working pretty hard so id recomend using a food processor instead.
Grind nuts to a meal.
Add shreded coconut and tahini then blend.
Add the coconut milk and honey and blend until you get an even creamy mixture.
Add soaked raisins and mix in by hand.
Enjoy as a dip with your favourite fruits or if you want tapioca pudding just add water slowly until desiered texture.

I got the same comment when i tried it out on a few friend so i decided to change the name. I used 1/4 cup as well, thanks for pointing that out.

I tried this and it was very tasty though I didn't quite get the tapioca hit off of it. Shredded coconut is referenced in the instructions but isn't listed in the ingredients. I used 1/4 cup but could you amend to show the amount? Thanks!

That sounds great! Tapioca pudding is often something I crave when I'm totally raw.

Have you thought of adding chia seeds? They give a texture similar to tapioca pearls when they touch wet substances.
