Chop or process kale - however you prefer. i like it chopped, that way the kale doesnt get mushy

pour olive oil, lime, agave and massage kale

Shred the carrots and beet, add to bowl

add sprouts and pinenuts

Mix and Enjoy

I do something similar, but I spiralize the beet and carrot (or any other hard vegetable, like radish, turnip, or parsnip) and add to the kale before I massage it.

thats a great idea. i might have to spiral the roots next time. yea i like to add other roots too. oops i forgot the most important part. i'li fix it .....
