Easter Chocolate Treats

These taste just like the Easter chocolate I used to get but they are healthy! Sorry, I don’t know the measurements, just do what feels right.
Ingredients:
Cocao Nibs, Powdered
Coconut oil, melted
Cocao oil, melted
Honey
Pinch salt, vanilla, cayenne
Preparation:
Powder the cocoa nibs in the blender and then add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth. Poor into easter shape chocolate molds and let set in the freezer for a few minutes. Pop them out and store in the fridge. I added some peanuts and dried fruit to mix it up.

rawclaire:I just threw a full peanut or two into some of the molds and covered them with chocolate.

You can get molds for chocolates at Joanne's Fabric, AC Moore, Michaels or any other craft store - in the candy making or cake making aisle. I wish i could get my carob/agave/oil mixture to come out harder like the above picture - mine just stays soft and gooey (it's very good, but i'd like to be able to transport it)...
