Makes one-half cupCombine all ingredients. Eat with rice. A staple food eaten in the Mariana Islands.
Ingredients:
¼ cup Light sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon Red Pepper Flakes
.33 cup Finely diced green onion with
stems
¼ cup Fresh squeezed lemon juice

Maybe it would be nice with a jicama rice or a cocount noodle base?

I know some people who aren't 100% raw are fine with using nama shoyu, but - red pepper flakes? Aren't these dried at high temperatures? Eat with rice? Do you mean raw sprouted rice (difficult to get where I am).
