filled chocolate cups

Servings:
4a filled chocolate cup.
Ingredients:
chocolate:
1/4 c coconut oil
1/8 c organic cocoa powder
filling:
2 dates
2 tsp agave nectar
2 tsp coconut
flakes
1/4 c some nut
2 tsp maple syrup
Preparation:
mix coconut oil & cocoa powder, dehydrate to melt the oil & cocoa completely.
pour in mold, put in fridge, let set.
mix the filling in the food processor and put into the set chocolate molds, leaving a little room at the edges.
pour the remaining chocolate in the molds and put back into the fridge to set.

1. Yes it absolutely DOES defeat
Yes it absolutely DOES defeat the purpose of raw to nuke it, even for 10 secs. Microwaving does all sorts of weird stuff to the cells.
You can put that in the dehydrator to have the same effect without destroying the food value. It'll take longer but you'll still have viable, living food.
All that said, this looks delicious and I'm going to make some. Thanks for a great recipe.

I have never heard to the candy bar....interesting.

Does the chocolate shell not have any sweetener? This reminds me of a candy bar of my youth - Chunky. I wonder if they still are made? Thanks for posting this. Can't wait to hear the answer to my question and then to prepare!!!
