Mmm mmm. So sexy. So good.

You can add dashes of cinnamon. That is always good stuff.

Not too long. You want all that fiber in them flax seeds.

Yum, I am so excited to try this. This is the first recipe I have come across which greatly resembles a cooked treat which I can actually make without equipment; Thank-you :)

i love the simplicity of this recipe. Its hard trying to find one that does not require 20 different ingredients and a dehydrator. Thanks~

yes they are squishy as far as chewing but hold up pretty well when holding. You can put these in dehydrator for crunch, but i dont have one plus i like to eat my flax seeds right away as the fiber deminishings after grinding. Its personal pref.

Spirulina/ coconut oil hot drinks lol. yea i just heat up some water, not too hot maybe have my finger in it and tolerate it for no less than 4 second. and put it in my magic bullet with a tsp - TB of coconut oil and as much spirlina as u want i do a TB. and its just awesome. i get a nice froth on the top sometimes.

This looks great! Do you soak your flax first?

I thought the Xylitol made it way way way to sweet. Was sorry I wasted my other indredients. I don't think I can eat it.

This is such a good cookie recipe! I put little pieces of the sacred chocolate bar on top for the chips and it tasted better than any cooked chocolate chip cookie I can remember. Good idea about using flax as the base, I love it's flavor, plus you gotta love how it gets goey with water!

Couldn't you put these in the dehydrator for a crunchy cookie?

Are these cookies squishy? I used to love my chocolate chip cookies burned (strange I know, just one of those things!) and I really miss crisp cookies.

I love the flax taste. plus adding water just lightens it up. the maca helps with the taste too.

I would think coconut oil would help cover the flax taste, but it should hold together fine without it. It looks great!

i agree. i use to use coconut oil too. But then i started making these spirulina coconut oil hot drinks. I have also used xylitol, which gives it a nice texture as if there was sugar granules in it.
