French Toast Oatmeal

Servings:
3-4Great for transitioning kids or to satisfy a sweet tooth. The maple syrup really gives it that ‘french toast’ flavor, but feel free to substitute sweetener of choice, or none at all.
Ingredients:
2 cup Oat Groats, Soaked overnight
1 cup Raisins , Soaked one hour
3 tablespoon
Cinnamon
2 tablespoon Maple Syrup
1 teaspoon Vanilla
Preparation:
Drain Oat Groats and Raisins.
Add all ingredients to food processor and process until creamy. I like it thick, but add nut milk to thin.
Top with berries or fruit of choice and enjoy!
