Servings:
Serves 1 or multiply to serve moreI usually prefer to cut fruit and eat it rather than drink smoothies. This may seem simple enough, but it seems to get overlooked. This makes a delicious breakfast and snack throughout the day. Other desired and seasonal fruit can be added. See my .tropical passion. if you like mango, papaya, mandarins, bananas, pineapple, and coconut.
Ingredients:
2 Kiwifruit
5 Strawberries
1 Mandarin
9
Blackberries
9 Raspberries, Not pictured
Preparation:
Cut all fruit and arrange in a variety of ways. Best if organic.

My brekkie and pretty much every other meal. I agree, simplicity is best. Just as another reminder, do not mix melon with other fruit. x

Beautiful ~ thanks!!!

It would be nice to be able to enjoy fruit again. I find most fruit is just not very good anymore... due to hybridization and picking too early. So sad. That beautiful plate of fruit would be a real treat!

Very nice arrangement! This can certainly be tagged as "light" - the new category created to focus on veggie/fruit recipes.

This is beautiful, and I'm a bit envious of the gorgeous array of fruit you have. We have mostly apples, pears, oranges, bananas right now.
I, too, find a lovely plate of fruit makes a delightful, filling meal. Thanks for the reminder.
