Ginger Berry Zing

Servings:
Serves: 3A nice refreshing pick me up with a ginger citrus like zing. Very healthy, provides lots of antioxidants and omegas!
Ingredients:
1½ cup Water, More or less depending on desired consistency
1 Banana, Frozen or Fresh
1 cup Berries, Frozen or
Fresh
1 tablespoon Fresh Ginger, or 1"
.125 cup Ground Flaxseed
.125 cup Ground Hempseed
Preparation:
1. Blend ingredients in a blender.
2. Enjoy!
NOTE: Frozen fruits make a thicker smoothies as does less water.
