Ingredients
1 Ginger (2 inches), Sliced
1 cup fresh mint leaves
4 roma tomatoes, sliced
1 pinch herbs de provence (italian seasoning)
1 teaspoon himalayan crystal salt
1 fresh lime
2 Avocados, sliced
2 Jalapeno peppers, sliced
4 olives
Recipe Directions
In a food processor, mildly process (10-15 seconds) ginger, mint leaves, roma tomatoes, habernero peppers, and olives. Add it to avocados (finely sliced or mashed by hand) in a bowl. Add himalayan crystal salt, fresh lime juice and a sprinkle of Herbs De Provence to taste. Mix the ingredients in the bowl well.

I can attest to how yummy this is!! Ram brought it to a potluck and it was gone before everything else.

This is a really creative concoction! I asked my boyfriend if he would try it and he said yes so that is even better!
