Got 2B Green
All I have to say is Yum! This is a total pick me up! I had this at 7am and didn’t even think about lunch or a snack until 3pm. This is very filling, not to mention that I drank the whole thing!
3 Kale Leafs, Stem removed
1 Apricot, Pitted & Frozen
1 Banana, frozen
1 teaspoon Maca
1 teaspoon Spirulina
1 Scoop Hemp & Flax Protein Powder, (Ruths)
2 tablespoon Raw Coconut Butter, (Artisana Brand)
Very easy, just put all ingredients in blender/Vita-Mix and Blend. Add water as needed. You want this to be nice and thick.
