This definatly perks you up in the morning. Tangy and spicy.
2 cup grapefruit pulp, leftover from juicing
1 cup carrot juice
1 ince piece of ginger
2 handfuls of spinach
Blend it all up, adding the spinach in last. You could probably sub a whole grapefruit if you didn’t want to juice, but I had the leftover pulp from juicing and didn’t want to to go to waste. Plus I think since most of the juice was removed it may have cut down on the tartness of the grapefruit, and the carrot juice subbed in sweetened it a bit.
