1 1/2 cups almonds, sprouted 1 day
2 1/2 cups oat groats,whole hulless oats from sunorganic farms, sprouted 3-5 days, rinsing twice daily (can be stored in water, changing water every
seond day)
1 cup sunflower seeds, sprouted 1 day
1 cup buckwheat, soaked 6 hours, rinsing ever 30 minutes for the first 3 hours, sprouted 3 days, rinsing twice daily (dehydrate if storing)
1 1/3 cups dates, pitted and
soaked overnight
1. with a sharp knife, cut the almonds into long thin slivers and place in a bowl with the other sprouted stuff and toss everything together
2. put tyhe dates into a blender with a little
of the soak water and blend to a thick puree
3. pour date puree over the sprouted stuff and toss
4. spread grawnola onto dehydrator trays lined with teflex and dehydrate at 95f for 24 to 36 hours
5. store in a glass jar at
room temperature or in a plastic container in the freezer
