A simple and creamy raw greek yogurt recipe. You can order the probiotics used in this recipe at http://www.rawguru.com
Meat of 2 young thai coconuts
¼ cup lemon juice
1/8 cup water (optional, if needed)
1/4 tsp probiotic powder
1. Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth and creamy.
2. Can be eaten right away or wait a day or two for yogurt to culture and form more probiotics.
3. Eat alone or top with fresh fruit and/or granola.
