Greek Tzasiki Sauce
Servings:
Makes about 1.5 cupsCreamy, cool, greek sauce good for stuffed grape leaves or as a compliment to any greek or middle eastern dish.
Ingredients:
1 cup Real Cream Cheese, from poemmom on this site
½ large cucumber, chopped
2 tablespoon cold pressed olive
oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
½ cup water
1 tablespoon oregano, dried
salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation:
Just blend all ingredients in the food processor or blender until creamy. Serve immediately, or store in the fridge and make sure to stir up well before serving again.
