Recipe Directions

juice all ingredients except greens.

pour juice in a blender (mine isn’t a vitamix, i just have to blend longer) and blend GREENS till VERY green and smooth.

option: because this involves quite a bit of clean-up, you could make 3 or 4 juices ahead of time and just add the greens in the blender whenever you want to drink it.

variations: use half of an orange instead of a lemon, stalks from swiss chard instead of celery
