this is for when you want to EAT a smoothie!
juice of 1 lemon
1 bunch of mild greens, like carrot tops or whatever you like.
cinnamon to taste
vanilla to taste
throw the apples, bananas, and greens in a blender or through a juicer. if using a juicer, remember to use the blank screen, or combine the pulp with the juice after juicing. add lemon, vanilla, and cinnamon to taste.leave out the vanilla and cinnamon if you want it 100% raw… but i love the extra depth of a pinch of cinnamon. Grab a spoon and enjoy!
