Green Cheese Spread
2 c. soaked pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds
1 small bunch parsley
1 small bunch cilantro
1 Tbsp. garlic
1 Tbsp. minced ginger
1 tsp. minced jalapeņo, optional
1/4 c. Bragg’s Liquid Aminos
1/3 c. freshly squeezed lemon juice
additional water as necessary for mixing
1. Soak the seeds for at least 15 minutes.
2. Place all ingredients in blender or food processor until well mixed and creamy. 3. Serve with raw crackers.
