Ingredients

1 Grab of Kale (handful, I have large hands, which might amount to about a cup)

1 Grab of Parsley

1 1/4 C Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice (or enough to cover Kale and Parsley in Blender)

2 T Gogi Berries

1 T Raw Coconut Butter

2 Dates, previously soaked (optional)

T= Tablespoon C= Cup

Recipe Directions

Blend all ingredients completely until they are fully pulverized. The texture should be more liquidity than thick. Say "Green Peace" to yourself and enjoy.
