Fruity smoothie, great for breakfast or in-between meal snack.
4 pears 1 bunch parsley 1¼ cup water
Blend well and drink.

ok silly question, if the pears are not organic- I am guessing I peel them first? Same question any fruit. I know they are often waxed and the pesticides, etc. I have a good old Oster
blender, nothing too fancy schmancy yet.
I made this with pears, parsley and mint! Excellent.
I made a variation of this one with less pears and added pineapple and kale. Yum!
Tried this one this morning. It's really good, but a little thick. You don't even taste the parsley!
