Servings:
approximately 24-32 oz. glassThis shake was so flavorful and refreshing. A great way to use up the raw ice cream I made (Heidi Ohlunder’s recipe). It’s easy to make too.
Ingredients:
2 scoops (your favorite) raw vanilla iced cream
1 cup chopped organic mango (fresh or frozen)
1 small to medium sized organic
papaya peeled, seeded, and chopped
1 small banana, peeled and chopped
1 handful dried organic coconut flakes
½ cup raw coconut water
½ cup pineapple, chopped (fresh or frozen)
enough purified water to cover ingredients in blender 3/4 of the way.
Preparation:
Place all ingredients in the blender and mix on high till smooth and creamy. Add more or less water depending on how thick or thin you like your shakes. Enjoy!

best, but you get the idea.):)
