Healthy mango mousse/pudding

6 individual servingsI made this, inspired but mango lassi... It turns out so delicious, and creamy!
I supposed it would be delicious over a nut crust... yum!
Ingredients:
2 large mangoes
1 banana
1/4-1/3 cup almond milk
2-3 tablespoons soy
lecitin
1/2 teaspoon cardamom
2 tablespoons coconut butter
Preparation:
Put all ingredients in your high speed blender and then put in 6 little glass containers and put in fridge for 5 hours or overnight.
You can top with fresh chopped strawberries and sprinkle cardamom.
Enjoy!
