*hokkaido orange sorbet with banilla cream*

serves 4-6it`s hokkaido time;-)
Ingredients:
1 small hokkaido
juice of 2-3 oranges
zests of 1 orange
agave to
taste
½ teaspoon each cinnamon, allspice, cardamom
handful pinenuts
1-2 bananas
½ teaspoon vanilla
bean
cacao nibs
pistachios, roughly ground
Preparation:
cut the pumpkin in small pieces and put in the blender with orange juice, agave and spices (you could also use gingerbread spice).
blend very well. taste if itīs sweet enough and put
the mixture into an icecream-machine and add the pinenuts.
for the banilla cream blend bananas with vanilla bean.
put the banilla cream on a plate and arrange a ball of sorbet on it.
i decorated with pistachios and cacao nibs.

sorry, i forgot to mention what to do with the orange zests: put them in the blender with the hokkaido and the orange. i`m sure they would also be nice for garnish.
