"Honeydew" Pudding Smoothie
Servings:
Two smaller servings or One largeThis is a very good pudding in a pretty lime green color with little red specks! It tastes a lot like honeydew melons and is good for springtime refreshments. My mother made this the other day when I wasn’t feeling great and it gave me a lot of energy. It was a spur of the moment recipe that turned out surprisingly good:)
Ingredients:
1 Banana
1 Small Apple- Red is pretty
1 Stalk Celery- Or more to
taste
½ Avocado
Preparation:
Put all ingredients into the blender plus enough water to create a pudding consistency. Nice served in little cups with spoons. Enjoy:)

Wow! I was so surprised with this because I really don't like celery. But it was so delicious! I just love the texture--soft and foamy. And you're right--the lime green colour plus the little red specks make this a beautiful alive dish. Hm, maybe your mom SHOULD be raw. She's a brillant chef.

You're lucky your Mom supports your raw foods choice that she would even make it for you. My entire family thinks I'm obsessed and more than a little crazy. They don't even want to hear about it and get nasty whenever I mention anything about it. I think it's their SAD diets making them so irritable, honestly. Wish I had someone to share my raw food enthusiasm with. But now that I've found this site with so many people that share the same enthusiasm, it's a wonderful feeling!
