My mom says it makes her want to say “Hooray for Superman!” Because my mom said, “Hooray for Superman!” that’s what we called it. Dr. Cousens Phase 1
Ingredients:
1 cup raw almond butter
2 tablespoon raw tahini
meat of 1 young thai
coconut
2 teaspoon cinnamon
.33 cup water
Preparation:
Put all ingredients in Vita-Mix or food processor and blend well. Not sure exactly on the water amount.

I made this and now I know what to eat my brown bread with! It was so good that I didn't want to wait to make the bread, though, so I mixed some up with water in the blender to make a yummy cinnamon nut milk! Yummy - thanks, Superman!
