Servings:
Serves 4This is a classic Greek dressing which I adapted from a SAD recipe. It has a winning taste! You can put it on salad or use it as a veggie marinade. It’s even better the next day!
Ingredients:
.33 cup and one TB olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1 teaspoon fresh or dried
oregano
1 teaspoon fresh or dried basil
¾ teaspoon black pepper
¾ teaspoon sea salt
¾ teaspoon onion,
minced
¾ teaspoon mustard seed, ground
½ cup and 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Preparation:
In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic, oregano, basil, pepper, sea salt, onion, and mustard. Pour in the apple cider vinegar, and mix vigorously until well blended. Store tightly covered at room temperature.
