It's Really Soup from The Complete Book of Raw Food Lori Baird
In blender combine 6 of the tomatoes with the onion, garlic, basil, dill, lemon juice, sea salt, coconut oil, raisins, red bell pepper, jalapeno and 1/2 cup of water. The rest of the tomatoes cube chop and place into the already blended ingredient
10 fresh roma tomoates, chopped
1 red or yellow onion, peeled and chopped
4 cloves of garlic,
peeled
fresh basil to taste
fresh dill to taste
2 tablespoon fresh squeezed lemon juice
celtic sea salt to taste
2
tablespoon coconut oil
1/8 to 1/4 cup of raisins
1 to 2 red bell peppers chopped
1/4 jalapeno pepper or hbenero
1 cup sun dried tomatoes, finely chopped then
divided
1 cubed avacado
1 ear of corn cut from the cob
1/2 sweet yellow pepper chopped
finely chopped parsley for garnish
Remember to wash your vegetables really well. Enjoy

i just made this soup tonight. must saw is was amazing!! it was perfect for a cool fall day. and i have enough to enjoy again tomorrow.
